MOTORISED VEHICLE NUMBER PLATES A CONCEPT RESTRUCTURED Amit Mazumder Scientist 'F' Abstract:                  This paper attempts to establish a commonality by standardising the present scenario where the registration number plates of motorised vehicles are undergoing a linear expansion, with initial null values, as significantly stored values from inputs. This initial absence of numeric or character values, with inclusions later with expanding field lengths, has been discussed, with presentation of a concept to overcome this problem that's plaguing the motor vehicle database all over India. The need is fundamental and the concept presented may yield positive results resolving implementation and data maintenance issues.
